"Why don't we do a raffle for Christmas for the Foodbank?" I said, "It'll be fun I said". "Why not?" said the Management Team and here we are.

The Companions Club is absolutely thrilled to announce that our BIG Christmas Raffle, in support of the Alfaz del Pi Foodbank, has been drawn. We were keeping the total a closely guarded secret but I am now pleased to tell you that together we raised an incredible, truly whopping (final figure inclucing Name the Woodpecker)

I had hoped to raise 500€ for the Foodbank and I never expected it go be so successful. This fantastic total is a testament to the generosity, community spirit and sheer hard work of so many people. From the bottom of our hearts, thank you to every single person who helped me to make this possible — our sponsors, ticket sellers, ticket buyers, organisers and supporters. Every contribution, big or small, helped us reach this amazing figure. We gave away 63 raffle prizes in total.
